Я использую пакет precrec для оценки нескольких моделей и построения графиков ROC и PR-ROC.

В конце я хочу провести сравнение моделей, но, похоже, я не могу построить обе модели на одном графике.

Вы можете использовать «fortify», чтобы создать кадр данных ggplot для каждого объекта производительности, затем объединить (rbind) их и построить с помощью ggplot.
